1. Demo Installation Instructions
Please close all running programs before installing the CSI: Crime Scene Investigaion in order to avoid any problems. Do not install this application in your Windows folder or in the root of the C: drive.
To install, double click the 'Setup' icon in the CSI PC Demo Data folder. This will run the installer program, which will set up the CSI Demo onto your hard drive. YOU CANNOT RUN THE GAME DIRECTLY FROM THIS FOLDER, IT MUST BE INSTALLED USING THIS PROCESS.
The program will first copy the demo, then prompt you to install both DirectX 8.1 and QuickTime 6.1. You need to install these versions or later for the demo to run correctly.
Note: When installing the demo, if you choose to install to a path other than the default path provided, be aware that the MAXIMUM PATH LENGTH IS 60 CHARACTERS INCLUDING 'S AND :'S. If you provide a path that is longer than 60 characters, the game will be compromised.
You will need 500 MB of hard drive space to install the application. It is not recommended to run Windows with less than 100 MB of free space.
2. Uninstallation Instructions: You may uninstall the game from the add/remove programs menu or from the uninstall icon added to the start menu by the installer
You can now play CSI: Hidden Crimes for PC on a desktop/laptop running Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and MacOS/OS X. This can easily be done with the help of BlueStacks or Andy OS Android emulator.
